Elif Gungor, the natural product can replace the chemical preservatives, she said. Emphasizing that the product does not have side effects, Güngör continued: “Preservative chemicals have many side effects and carcinogenic effects are in question. Our product is natural, no side effects. It only has protection. It can protect the product it joins in for up to 2 years. When I took the tomato paste sample to the provincial control laboratory, no preservatives were detected. Because our product is the purified eggshell and engineered on it.

Güngör stated that they set the price of 100 $ + VAT per kilogram of natural preservative product, “The average price of chemical preservatives is 10 dollars, but they use 1 kilo for 1 ton or 3 kilograms for 1 ton. In other words, when we index the dose, we are able to compete with them. 3,5 tons of product can be preserved with 350 grams of our product ”.
